The show and tell group this week is BLUE group. If you are in BLUE group, you can bring a show and tell in on Tuesday to share with your friends. It could be something that comes in your bag or it could be sent in via Tapestry to be shared on the screen.
We will not be any library this week as we are on our school trip (Thursday 6th July 2023).
For home learning this week:
Reading - Try to read your reading book or another text daily and sign your reading record when you do. You can read your school books or other books that you might have at home.
Spellings - Our new Phase 5 topic will be the focus of our spellings this week. There will be 4 words to learn will 'tch' like 'match'. There are 2 words that are Year 1 common exception words that need to be learnt by sight rather than applying a rule. There will be a test on next Monday in our little blue spelling books.
Phonics - We are still revising our Phase 3 and 5 sounds over the last few weeks of Year 1. Keep having a lot at our sounds at home when you can :)
