Over Fairtrade Fortnight, we ran a Scavenger Hunt for the whole school. The challenge was to find the Fairtrade Fortnight signs around the playground. There were 60 children who found all of the signs!
Fairtrade Fortnight
This week, we spoke to the school about Fairtrade Fortnight. We shared the fabulous facts that we discovered in our research over half term and showed the logo to the school. We are going to set up a small scavenger hunt for everyone over Fairtrade Fortnight and challenge everyone to find all five Fairtrade items around the playground.
Hatch Ride Primary School's Big Birdwatch
As a committee, we spoke in assembly about the Big Birdwatch run by the RSPB and encouraged everyone to record the species we see over and in our school grounds. Our results are above and displayed on our eco-board at school!
