If your child is unwell and is unable to attend school please contact us before 9.15am on the first day of absence. Please either telephone the School Office on 01344 776227 and select option 1 of our telephone system or complete the form on the website, "Parents", "Absence Reporting"
You may also use the online form to notify us of future absence (doctor's appointments, dentist etc).
Please do not use this form if you are requesting unauthorised absence (eg : holiday during term time). In this circumstance you must send a letter along with the 'Request for Leave of Absence' form to Ms Sparrowhawk, Head Teacher, which can be found on the website under “Parents”, “Form Downloads”.
